My hub is offline. What should I do?
At times, the hub can go offline due to signal interference within the home. Simply sliding the power switch on the back of the hub to the off position and then on again should typically fix the issue and put the hub back online. If your hub falls offline frequently, try moving it to a new location. Placing the hub near routers, other hubs or other signal emitting devices like microwaves can sometimes cause interference issues and cause the hub to fall offline.
